You should mail the completed application and a check for the annual dues of $100 made payable to "The Long Island Radiological Society" to the Secretary, whose address is listed in this year's Officers Section.  The types of membership and requirements for membership are listed in the Article II of the Bylaws.

We encourage membership in the New York State Radiological Society (NYSRS) and the American College of Radiology (ACR). Together the LIRS, NYSRS and ACR provide seamless coverage for your interests at the local, state and national levels. A combined membership application for the NYSRS and the ACR can be obtained from the NYSRS.  The ACR website membership section has information about ACR membership and Fellowship and a membership application and information about NYSRS dues.
